Had my car serviced and tuned yesterday, but need to take it back next week sometime to get the turbo and exhaust looked at, so it should be running much better by then :smiley1:

I'd be more than happy to organise these things with different venues around the place for dinner before a cruise.

Before anything is set in stone and I get ahead of myself here, How would the last Saturday of every month / second month sound?

i don't think we'll have to book "per-say" unless damian suggests differently, i just mean we'll do a bit of a head count maybe next wednesday as to who thinks they will come then i'll ring nandos and say "make sure you have enough room for say 20 people sat night we'll be there 5.30-6pm"
nothing worse than if we get there and its a busy night and we have to wait for other people to leave before we can take their table.

I have added the SAR Meet and Greet Cruise in the Forum Calendar for Saturday, 20th Feb 2010. Keep an eye open as if this is a good night (as I'm expecting it will be) I'll be scheduling one every month in the calendar.

As mentioned in the Calendar Entry, Everyone's Welcome, Even if the rotor isn't on the road or you're unable to bring it for any reason, come in the Daily!

yeah met up with damo friday night went for a spin in his fd rx7 and it sucks because now i want one even more!! been a while now since ive been in a rotor (bout 2 months) so good to get in one.
when i left kfc though to go home, two cars obliterated themselves at the og road intersection took out the traffic lights as well, nasty stuff. damo heard it from the carpark as he was leaving a few secs behind me!!
looking forward to tonights meet up and keen to see if the milf in the g string on the nandos advert works at the kurrulta park store (can only hope)

was awesome, got a ride for a night (2nd night in a row :) ) in damos fd rx7 so thanks heaps for that. once again a good turnout definately helped though being able to talk over dinner.
i did bring my camera but didn't heed the advice given of checking the batteries so sorry guys no pics :(
got introduced to iggy who has contacts in the importing scene which helps a hell of alot if i decide to go the fd route on the next car (still havent decided) and also found out i grew up around nic and went to school together.
was good to catch up with the regulars (ryan, both jesse's dave james leigh christian nic and others i didn't get a chance to talk much too)
looking forward to all jap day next weekend now.

Roads are brilliant to drive on. I recommend you take gorge, up ye ol corkscrew, then over to Crafers through the long way.
Take freeway back home though coz you'll definately be stuffed outta ya eye balls and will start nodding off :p
