Nice Spirit R you got there!! one I have always loved!! Mind if I ask where you bought it from? eg, self import, dealer stock, dealer import, private sale etc?

Cheers,

Found this guy randomly online.
His name is Kristian. He's based in SA and is fantastic to work with. He organized All Japan Day a few weeks ago.

I was really anal about price and we were really lucky to get it for what we did. Expect the average TitR to cost about $40k landed and complied.
Hope that helps! :D

Oh, and don't forget to check www.uniquecarsales.com.au out every now and then, and also www.FDrx7.com.The latter is a FD3S site and there is usually someone selling their 598274098765-KW beast there!

Thanks for the info :) oh yeah Iron Chef, awhile ago my brother was very keen to buy his black S8 RX7, one with the Fujita Engineering carbon fibre side skirt, but he was a bit late and the car was sold, so now he ended up with an S2000.

Looking forward to suss out your TitR one day :D Cruise anyone?

Hey people!

Just sharing some news on the car. I finally got my ass into gear and sent it off to the spraytan booth (courtesy of GlowRider's Pappy) to get fixed and some parts put on.

They did an AMAZING job. "Seamless" is my favourite adjective at the moment to describe it.

Here is it in current state-

hi luke. saw this on saturday at the meet, very very tidy. shame i didn't get to see it run but i had to get elsewhere in a hurry. next time though. now you just have to stop yourself from modifying it and reducing its value - rare cars this model and in yours condition.

Cheers Simon! Im sure it drives fast, but not with me behind the wheel! LOL!!

The only other things Im thinking of changing are the radiator and SMIC over. The latter just for my piece of mind. But Ill have to wait till next year :)

Prob some extra bits of bling too, like indicators and other non-performance parts :)
But yeah, no rush. Im happy as is :D
