so i made the trek across town with a few mates for the turbo tune dyno day. was excellent, fair few cars and best of all i got to eat!! caught up with ryan (flex) mike (miket) jesse (ownage fd) and a couple of others. first car on was a 295 kwatw r33 that set fire to its rear bar on the first run with one of the biggest flameballs ive seen. didn't get a picture of it but got two videos of it.

embarrasingly i had to block the ears for this one, was loud as
jesse was the first of the rotors on the dyno and put out a very repectable 170 kwatw which is a huge number for an fd with zero mods, not even an exhaust. sounds awesome on the dyno thats for sure.

mike also put his s3 limited on the dyno and pulled a very suprising 101kw atw which out of the original standard 12a is also very impressive. it too also sounded nuts (but what rotor doesn't hey!!)

and of course ryans car was there but suffering severe gearbox trouble (something like a whiny girlfriend in your gearbox) it was not put on the dyno so he could get home. didn't stop him showing whys he's voted crowd favourite at every event ive been to when he left (your a crazy mo fo ryan!!)
was a good day for a few close knit people to see what their car can do without the pressure of a huge crowd. will definately go to the next one and thanks to the turbo tune guys for a layed back day of boosting cars and remember if you don't support days like these they can't run without us!! so get your ass down to these and enjoy the action
