Plate is laser cut 1.5mm mirror finish stainless steel. Logo is done with laser engraving. Will included polished SS done head SHCS.

Cleaning tip:
The plates are mirrored stainless steel and will scratch if you rub dirt or grit over them. Also refrain from polishing.
Use a mikd degreaser to get any grease etc off and then use warm water and dish wash liquid for a final clean, just use your fingers. Dry with a soft rag or soft paper towel such as Viva etc.
