Minimum 60 laps / 100 minutes on track

Only 8 cars on track at a time...

Entry is actually cheap for what i am offering, many private track days cost upto $400 per driver and don't include lunch, not to mention for that price you can take passengers out. Some comparitive prices below...

Modern reg: 30 laps - $120
Super sprints: 20 laps - $90
Porsche sprints: 40 laps - $210

You will need a CAMS day licence($25 - 1 day) / A.A.S.A club licence ($50 - 12 months) on the day depending on weather you want to take out passengers or not.

Im just waiting for some confirmation about passengers from CAMS/Mallala before I 100% book the date... I have temp booked the 5th but don't go booking annual leave until I confirm dates later this week.

Nah, last time we could buy $25 day licenses at the track. All you need is an Aus Standards approved helmet (motorbike one will do).

Also, fuel was available last time so I assume it will be there again, but it was $1.80/L, so bring jerry cans if you've got them.

as long as we get around 24 - 32 cars (which should not be a problem) then passengers are a yes, otherwise i personally will be loosing too much money.

Drifting at this stage is a no unless i can get hold of a cartain permit from CAMS (CAMS get back from holidays on the 9th Jan so i will be ringing then)

Can you please clarify license arrangement?? If you do not want to take passengers is L2S ok or do we need a AASA one.

You will need to purchase an AASA licence for the day as it is being held under a AASA permit. AASA licences last 12 months and are purchased on the day from Mallala itself. This is also a cheaper way of running the event as I should be holding another event later this year so you will not have to purchase another licence then, just a little unfortunate for those with CAMS licences already.

Hey guys what an awesome day it was today! And I still made it home without blowing up another gearbox! Top work again Jason and the bbq and drinks crew.. Mega long hot drive home in peak hour though, might rethink that next time.. Highlight for me was definitely going for a hotlap wit brad trenwith in adjust! Omfg that is ridiculous fast! Can't believe how quickly it pulls up under brakes. Good to see everyone out there giving it a

Big thanks to Jason and the crew for organising a great day. You guys did a great job of ensuring the day went smoothly despite the hiccup with passenger laps, and I'm amazed that Jason could find the time to both oversee everything and still get some decent wheel time. Well done mate :)

Despite having the usual car issues it was a relaxing, laid back day and I'm already looking forward to the next one with the FC crew ;)
