I think that's what you'll have to do. Early RX's and 13bt are no longer legal, engineered or not, in Sa. Get it through as injected, then chuck the turn back on.

13bt are not legal In an early RX vehicle. 2,3,4 I mean. Unles engineered before a certain date (the date when the rule changed). Regency are no longer approving the applications. Due to power to weight ratio, and occupant safety.

i will think you will find the rx4 do not fall into this as the weight is over 1000kg as they came out with 13b a a turbo does no increase the power by 20%?? i think it is.

more in reference to a car with a 10a or 12a originally

Call regency Luke. They may want an engineer in Sa to approve the papers to our rules. There's a couple of engineers here that they love. Doug Potts is one.
The 4 is in the legal category, I stand corrected there. It weighs enough and it had a 13b standard. I'll be engineering my 2 with the 13b, so it's legal with the weber and s5 brakes/hilux diff and 16's. Give the cops something to look at before giving me a hard time.
Chuck some photo's up luke.
