WTB: s5 turbo heatshield.

I need a heatshield for my s5 turbo as it doesn't have one and is roasting the nearby coolant line

if you need something to get you by til you find one or make one, go down the plumbing ilse at bunnings or mitre 10 and get some heat wrap they use for gas pipes in your hot water system. it deflects the heat away and will cost you two bucks. i had to use it for a rubber line on my external gate

OG speed shop sells heatproof matting with foil on one side
its like the thermotec exhaust wrap except its in sheet form
cost me like $20 for about 1m sq,
i used it to shield my steering box and brake master, from turbs, the shite is very handy,
also you can also get foil sleeves for elec/coolant etc lines

i have a GT3540 on my S5 and have one of the turbo blankets on it and it works a treat. they can be a bit expensive, but definally worth it.
