Can anyone with a stock suspension setup on a FC check the rear ride height? I'm after a measurement from the centre of the wheel arch to the centre of the rim.

A few measurements would be handy if more than one person can oblige.

Thanks people

just ring motor vehicle standards, motor reg can put you through,

tell them make model and year and they will tell you all the things you need to know, i think they can even fax or email the paper work the cops use when they bring that folder out to defect you

I've tried Standards, and the information they have is just the lowest possible height for defection purposes. I need the actual factory spec ride height to compare the height of my current suspension to factory. Mildrens is on the lookout for a factory spec S5 for a few purposes, but I think that when I'm back in Adelaide, I'll wander over to a few people willing to sell their cars and try measuring them if they've got factory suspension...

Hey Mr Yellow S2 :)

The go is that Koni sent back the new suspension, but it still looks a bit high. I didn't have a chance to do some measurements before I left for Europe, but I'm dropping in when I get back to town (start of October). Man, these work trips are such hard work. Whiskey distillery followed by Edinburgh Fringe/Military Tattoo :D :D :D

motor standards are jerking you round, they have all the specs on every car sold in australia.

have you tried calling mazda? there is a guy called gareth at australian motors edwardstown that will do his best to help out a rotor head

Thanks for the info, Kotter.

I'll let you know how that goes when I'm back in town.
