Mt alma mile 10th & 11th april

Hey guys, anyone interested in checking out the mt alma mile this weekend? I cant do the saturday but maybe Sunday 11th if anyone is keen we could do a small cruise down there and check it out. Personally i've never been there for a race day so pretty keen to check it out. ** For those interested in cruising down we can meet at Southgate plaza on sunday morning. Starts at 8:30am so if anyone is keen to get up early we could cruise down before the traffic and hopefully get a good run. I'm sure we can all grab some brekkie on the way aswell. All free, except no dogs and alcohol allowed, cos it's on a private property.

Impressive list of entry, Jason's FD and Clinton's RX3 are on the list too.

There could be rain/shower over the weekend, it would be VERY interesting to watch cars struggling for grip on wet road, too bad I have too many things on during daytime and can't do anything fun :(

Well i went to the meet spot at about 9:30 (sleptin a bit too long) but me and carlitto went down in the rota ute and had a sick day. was a bit icey and windy up the top of the hill but the rain held off for most of the day. had a small shower which provided us with some action, cortina went backwards into a big ditch on the 2nd turn. heaps of burnout action on the start line, was a awesome day with a few rotas on the entry list. Jase from revs came in at 8th place overall in his FD, had a few rx3 sedans, R100 10a bridgeport, series 1 with 12a pp and a few FD's plus lots of other nice non rotors etc. Craig michelmore EA/EB falcon with xr6 turbo engine showed us a nice power skid just after turn 2 up the hill.

I'll try upload a few of the photos once i get them sorted.

jesse was suppose to post these ages ago (slacker!) i saw the r100 in the entrants list but wasn't expecting it to look as good as that.
and if that sev is running an exhaust (which im pretty damn sure it is) that official checked his nuts in at the gate :o

yeah mate, that R100 was sexual! PP i think, looked and sounded tuff! alot of detail and well presented...
Yeah jess prob got sum better pics, these where just with my phone...
Was a great day and gave me some motivation (rotavation? lol) to get the S4 finished...really want to have a go at this next year...
